Shipping policy

Switch Outdoors largely makes "made to order" items. Our intention is to ship items within one business day, but will only guarantee third-day shipping due to potential production and customization. This excludes weekends and holidays. All "Delivery by" dates are estimated and not guaranteed. We also reserve the right for a company holiday for our staff.  This will be disclosed on the site's top banner at time of order.  We will also make every reasonable effort to inform you when there might be variance in your shipped-by date.

Shipping to Colorado locations is currently free!  We will try to reduce out-of-state shipping wherever possible, but cannot guarantee prices from delivery companies. If you live in the Denver metro area, we may opt to have a delivery driver bring you your order directly, but only when the arrival is faster than through shipping options. 

Shipping services and rates are subject to change without prior notice. UPS expedited options may not be available in all areas. We provide free shipping in Colorado. Generally, this will be fantastically quick, but it can take up to eight business days.  Shipping to all other areas of the US can vary based on chosen shipping.

Delayed shipping resolution:

We apologize if an item arrives slowly, but will make every effort necessary to beat our guarantee of fourteen days to arrival.  For most items, we expect no more than two to three days total.  If an item arrives after fourteen days, we will offer free returns (subject to our return policy) with shipping paid.  Otherwise, return shipping is covered by the customer.
