Commercial Applications

Commercial applications are absolutely available. Though, you are going to be running the mist pump much longer and using much more water than is typical. Customization is a bit more important here. You can run a multi-mist nozzle system as you see fit, but you also want to be efficient with both the pump and your water source. Below are some great designs to build off of that will work well with any standard 10 X 10 tent.

In short: Choose a kit, choose a layout, choose your accessories to make it work.

For commercial setups, we recommend a two-fan, two nozzle set up. Unless you can reasonably get to one nozzle/ fan, this is the most efficient setup and lets you accomplish a number of goals including keeping your staff and guests cool.

We are also ready to help you customize your kit to make sure that a) your needs are met and b) we maximize resources like water and pump life.

  • Cover Everyone

Use two, hanging 270 degree oscillating fans. One faces to your customers, the other to your staff. This keeps the mist line short and gives the widest misting area. The fans rotate, so it covers more, but slightly less consistently than the micro-fan setups.

  • Walkable Booth #1

Run two micro-fans for consistent, wind-blown coverage beneath your tent's shade. If you are engaging people inside, this might be the most efficient option for you. It doesn't cover quite as much as the rotating fan, but it works wonderfully.

  • Walkable, Wide-Cooling

Use two rotating fans to get aggressive interior cooling. Not as consistent as the micro-fan setups, but it proves a larger footprint for overall mist. Adjust them as you would any other kit and maximize your placement. Switch patterns to let one fan cool one are and then rotate.

  • Hybrid Cooling

A great option for flexibility. You can use one micro-fan and one rotating fan to create wide misting setup. This happens to be what we use, but it works in any number of ways. Run the second fan wherever you need it! This is our (Switch Outdoors) setup. The fan placements, again, are up to you!

  • Customer and Booth Attention

You can use two of the rotating fans to create a great, welcoming environment. Offset the two rotating fans to split the difference between constant cooling and maximum cooling. You might even garner goodwill from your neighbors. Depending on the wind, you might actually cool the interior as much as the front, guest area.

  • Customer-Centric

This is a cost-effective and easily adjusted option. The hanging fans are versatile. Position them as needed to take advantage of the weather and wind. You can always readjust any misting system to meet your needs. Turn one towards the center if it gets too hot for the staff.
